Our Pizza
Neapolitan pizza, or pizza Napoletana, is a type of pizza that originated in Naples, Italy, made with a soft, hand-stretched dough, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and extra virgin olive oil, then cooked quickly in a wood-fired oven at high heat.
At Surf and Slice in Coventry,every pizza is made this way, using authentic Italian ingredients sourced from a dedicated Italian supplier.
Alongside our core menu, we run specials that change frequently, so there's often something new to try.
Several dishes, including the Marinara and Margherita, are available vegan. Pizzas are hand-stretched and cooked to order at our Earlsdon Street pizzeria.
Our Pizzeria
Our pizzeria is located in the heart of Earlsdon at number 42 on the high street. Opened in March 2022 it has followed on from the pizza trailer we first started up in. We have seating indoor and out with a beer garden opening throughout the warmer months, serving authentic Neapolitan pizza in Coventry.
